I can't do much chocolate anymore because I am being good but today I said the heck with it. Instead of dinner I had a chocolate frosted brownie (small and heart shaped) that a co-worker gave me. Yes, I feel guilty. But if it kills me at least I will die happy. Hope your Valentine's Day was wonderful! many hugs, Your crazy Mutant Penguin friend
